For our client, a well-established German manufacturer with a premium, technology-driven portfolio, we are seeking a Technical Sales Representative - Digital Workflows (CAD Specialist) to support market growth in Vietnam. This role will bridge the gap between technology, clinical application, and commercial execution.
About the role
You will support customers and partners in adopting digital dental workflows, provide high-quality CAD design expertise, and deliver training and technical guidance. Your contribution directly impacts customer success, adoption rates, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Act as the primary technical sales contact for digital dentistry solutions, supporting dealers, dental laboratories, and clinicians.
- Conduct product demonstrations, design reviews, and technical consultations in support of the sales process.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting related to CAD workflows, software usage, and digital production processes.
Digital Design & CAD Expertise
- Create high-quality dental restorations using leading CAD software platforms (e.g. Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings, Blender or similar).
- Apply strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and functional principles to ensure accurate and aesthetic design outcomes.
- Design a wide range of restorations, including dentures, crown & bridge frameworks, implant-supported solutions, and advanced prosthetics.
Training, Education & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with dealer sales teams to organize training sessions, customer onboarding, and educational events.
- Deliver hands-on training and workshops for dental technicians and clinicians.
- Work directly with dental laboratories and clinical partners to optimize designs, workflows, and treatment outcomes.
Digital Workflow Implementation
- Support the implementation of end-to-end digital workflows, including scanning, CAD/CAM, milling, and 3D printing.
- Ensure smooth integration of digital technologies into laboratory and clinical environments.
- Promote best practices and ensure alignment with international dental and quality standards.
Your Profile & Experience
Professional Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in dental CAD design.
- Proficiency with common dental CAD platforms such as Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings, Blender, or comparable systems.
- Practical experience in dentures, crown & bridge design, implant restorations, and aesthetic characterization.
- Solid understanding of dental materials, manufacturing workflows, and prosthetic production processes.
- Experience with digital dentistry technologies, including milling, CAM workflows, and 3D printing.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and commercial teams.
Language Requirements
- Vietnamese (native) and English (professional proficiency) - mandatory
- Additional Southeast Asian languages are a strong advantage.
Additional Information
- Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager in Vietnam.
- Possible starting/ onboarding date: 1st Quarter 2026.
- Monthly basic gross salary: Negotiable (depending on experience).
- Additional Bonus: 13th months salary.
