About me

I’m a global recruitment professional with over 11 years of experience in international recruitment, having worked my way up from trainee to senior consultant at global recruitment firms in Germany. Over the years, I’ve successfully placed candidates across all seniority levels — from junior specialists to C-level executives — in a wide range of industries, both in Germany and across Asia.

My connection to Asia goes back over 25 years. After regularly traveling to the region, I made Southeast Asia my permanent home six years ago. Life here gives me a deep sense of belonging — it’s my home away from home. Living and working in this dynamic, fast-paced region motivates me every day to grow both personally and professionally.

In 2021, I founded Passenheim Consulting in Singapore to support DACH companies in navigating and expanding their presence in Southeast Asia. Witnessing the region’s rapid development and immense growth potential inspires me to help businesses from my home country succeed here — by connecting them with the right people who can make a real impact.

Hi, I’m Khairina — a passionate recruitment and HR professional with over 8 years of experience in both in-house and agency settings. I specialize in end-to-end hiring across engineering and non-engineering roles, particularly in the industrial, energy, and retail sectors. Since 2021, I’ve placed more than 300 candidates and built a strong talent network across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

My journey began after I returned to Jakarta from Germany, where I lived and studied for five years. During that time, I not only learned the German language but also immersed myself in the culture—an experience that continues to shape how I work today. Back in Indonesia, I started my career in the HR department at one of Indonesia´s largest conglomerates in energy, mining, chemicals, infrastructure, and digital services.

What motivates me every day is being able to combine my experience from Germany with my roots in Southeast Asia — helping German-speaking companies grow and succeed in a region I proudly call home. It’s a rewarding feeling to connect the right people and cultures, and to see our clients thrive with the right talent by their side.
