About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven sales experience in industrial machinery, preferably within the packaging, or related sectors. This role plays a vital part in driving business growth by promoting high-performance industrial components and systems, providing onsite technical support, and building lasting client relationships across Vietnam.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales efforts for high-precision equipment and associated components across the market
- Support client operations teams during installation processes to ensure proper setup and optimal performance
- Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and field service for installed systems
- Conduct periodic inspections of installed equipment in accordance with planned service schedules
- Promote advanced standalone machinery and automation solutions to enhance customer production capabilities
- Act as a key liaison between clients and technical teams to address ongoing operational needs and concerns
- Develop and manage annual sales forecasts and contribute to revenue planning activities
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales head to achieve targeted commercial goals
- Provide monthly updates on order status and business development activities
- Act as a primary point of contact for industrial clients, identifying new opportunities and generating leads
- Maintain accurate records of installed equipment in the market and monitor lifecycle performance
- Coordinate with customers to gather technical specifications and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Support cross-functional departments as required to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in a multinational or industrial setting, with at least 2 years in a technical/engineering role
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within food machinery, or packaging-related industries
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media tools
Additional Information
- Possible starting/ onboarding date: As soon as possible
- Working model: Remote
- Monthly Gross Salary Range: up to VND 65.00.000,- (depending on work experience)
- Additional salary/ bonus:
- 13th month
- Variable Performance-based bonus
- Sales Commission
- Additional Allowances: Transportation and Business Travel (reimbursment)
